What to customers want today?

When our company was hiring recently, we interviewed a number of candidates after advertising for two different Siebel jobs Australia positions. One of the questions that I always asked the candidates was: “What do customers want today?” One excellent candidate responded to my question by saying that customers want company services or products delivered quickly — an excellent answer. Another candidate mentioned that customers want everything today — low cost products, support, training — and they are more than willing to find another supplier if they don’t like the job that your company is doing. This was also an excellent answer — and that’s why we hired those two individuals.
