Expecting The Best Network Performance
People do really spend for their gadgets. It is not about getting one, it is about getting the one, the best that you can spend for your money. So you will be getting the best when it comes to speed, Network Performance, sometimes even memory and others. And when you pay for the best you expect the best.
Personally, I get frustrated whenever the very thing that I paid for does not deliver. And so many others are like me, as consumer of a certain product, you have certain expectations. But normally, the brunt of the complaints fall on customer service who does not even have an inkling of what we are talking about.
