Why men and women are different when it comes to getting rid of belly fat
When you look at how to get rid of belly fat, you should also take into account the gender of the person who wants to lose abs fat. Men and women are quite different when it comes to losing weight. They are also different when it comes to specifically lose belly weight. Women usually have less muscle tissue so it makes it harder for them, because they burn less calories while doing exercises. Another factor is the fact that men’s main fat storing area is the abdominal area, while women tend to store it in the thighs and buttocks. So this has to be considered too.
