Boring Workout

I use to hate muscle workouts because the way I learned how to do them was so boring. I hated to stand and count and make sure that I did the right amount of reps to get the real workout. I am so glad that I have found a fun way to incorporate weights where I do not necessarily worry about the weight amount or if I am doing it right or enough. I really like the way my body is feeling with the weights and I am glad that I am looking forward to working out now in a new way.
