FL Court Records – Who Owns My Property
We recently ran into a small problem with a piece of property we own in Florida. It is difficult to get it resolved when we live so far away and it is just a winter retreat for us. We heard from a neighbor across the street that our next door neighbor is expanding some buildings on his property, and they have reported to us that it looks like they are actually building onto our property. Since we have been unable to get down there right now, we have hired an attorney to do a FL court records search to see where the property lines actually are. Then if he is indeed building on our lot, we will have the attorney deal with it for us.
