Are Bird Books Worth Reading?
Bird books are more than just guides to identify which birds are which. Each one has its own style and can lead you to a new direction or perspective about the lives of these feathered friends.
Children’s books about birds are truly special and are often full of surprises for the adult reader. Children’s authors look at the world through different lenses and therefore see birds and their nests and shapes and behaviors from very different ponts of view. They are sometimes the favorites for teachers to use when showing the variations between birds of one kind or another.
