Uppercase Living Offers BOGO
We appreciate the support and expressions of concern regarding our recent Buy One Get One ½ off (BOGO) incentive and are excited that for so many of you, the incentive is creating an immediate positive impact in your businesses. Based on your feedback, we developed this incentive to help you drive sales in the face of a tough economy, and we’re confident that discounted pricing will give you a definite edge in the coming weeks.
As we considered possible launch dates and a communication strategy for this incentive, we took several points into consideration and decided that given Demonstrator demand and proximity to our Inspirations Incentive, this week was the optimal time to both communicate and launch the offer. Although implementing new incentives causes inconveniences in some cases, the benefits far outweigh the negatives. Our intention at Upper Case Living is never to hinder business, but rather to ensure consistent sales week after week by giving our Demonstrators new opportunities to contact customers and to maximize commissions via repeat purchases. While we still believe that the timing of our announcement and the incentive launch was sound, in this instance we underestimated the impact on pre-incentive orders and have created unintended consequences for some of you.
We have found a solution for those of you who have pre-incentive orders that you would like to have processed without the BOGO incentive. We anticipate having this solution in place by the end of business tomorrow, so please hold these orders until it can be implemented.
If you have already submitted an order under the incentive that you would have otherwise chosen not to, please contact Demonstrator Services for assistance.
Those of you taking advantage of the BOGO, please continue placing your orders as usual during this amazing incentive.
