One of the newest and most exciting new condos to go up in Jersey City in the last few years is A. A Condominiums, located in the powerhouse arts district (PAD) is very impressive looking. It is a faux brick building, with floor to ceiling windows in some of the apartments. The A line is the nicest group of flats in the building, and have the most impressive views of Manhattan. The location of A is right next to the light rail, and within walking distance to the Path train, Pavonia Newport, and Exchange Place. Take a look at A.
