They are locking mail boxes, so we have to use a key to open our box.
I work in a doctors office. Outside of the office is a set of mailboxes, where we get out mail. There is a mailbox for each office in the complex. They are locking mail boxes, so we have to use a key to open our box. I am the receptionist, so I am usually the one who goes out for the mail. I usually have to make two trips in order to retrieve the mail, as I always forget to take the key out with me. The mailman opens the entire box from behind and places each office’s mail in the appropriate slot. When I go out for the mail, I use the key, which opens only our mailbox. I do not have access to anyone else’s mail. Only the postman can open the back of the unit.
