Solar hot water heaters are energy savers
Solar hot water is water heated by the use of solar energy. Solar hot water heaters are used to heat water for a wide variety of uses including home, business and industrial uses. In many climates, 85% of domestic hot water energy can be provided by solar collectors. The solar water heating systems are of two types, active have circulating pumps and controls and passive don’t have it. For cloudy days and times of increased demand, this sytems almost require a backup system. Conventional storage water heaters usually provide back up and may already be part of the solar system package.
