Better Homes With Modular Building
I was recently in the market for a new house, and after much research decided upon the purchase of a Modular Home. The reasons why I chose a modular house for my dwelling are because one, a modular house is made of higher quality materials, and two, a modular house also undergoes many more surprise inspections than stick build homes that are built on site usually do.
In addition to this, my research revealed that modular homes appreciated in value just as much as stick build homes, if not more. All of the myths that I’d heard about modular houses turned out to be unfounded.
