Best way to sell you house is to use more updated looks in each room
When we put our house up on the market, we had a lot of people looking, but no offers. Our realtor finally made a suggestion to get more updated decorations in each room. She suggested that we start with all the bedrooms. She picked out cream paint for all the bedrooms and even bought more Modern Bedding sets to compliment the cream walls. Once we did that, we noticed that the rooms seemed brighter and even had a more inviting feel to them. Sure enough, once we made those minor changes, we had a few offers come in. It’s amazing what a new paint color and some new bedding can do for a house.
