An Education for My Child
I had never been so scared when I got the news. I was pregnant, and I was unmarried, young, and alone. My parents had always told me that I was reckless, but I never took them seriously. The pregnancy ended up being one of the greatest things that has happened in my life. I took advantage of the programs that are in the system, like single mother grants for college. These days are looking up. I have a great job, my education, and my baby is doing very well. It is just what I needed to get my life on track.
