The term tubal ligation is used for a surgical procedure and is designed to make women sterile by clipping or blocking the fallopian tubes so that the sperm cannot reach the egg to fertalize it.
Some people consider this surgery permanent others do not. We do consider this surgery reversible. Tubal ligation is also referred to as getting your tubes untied. how much does it cost for this procedure. It will usually cost anywhere from $1000-$3000. In the old days it used to be a rather invasive procedure. today most surgeries for tubal ligation only require outpatient procedures. This procedure usually takes less than an hour.
