This Basic Exercise Gives Results
Any woman who has had two children in three years , needs to work hard to get back into shape and have great abs . This is not an easy job. But an exercise called captain’s chair is a great exercise to have a firm and flat belly. In this exercise you stand on the pedestal of the machine and put your arms on the padded armrest and hold firmly the handles. Now you lift your feet up and do crunches or straight leg lifts. Putting your weight on your arms.This is a very beneficial body weight exercise. And shows fast results if you do the exercise properly with the correct body mechanics.
