They Show Through My Shirts
When I tried on the new t-shirt I got for Christmas, you could see the definition of my 6 pack abs through my shirt. I wanted to cry when I saw this. I asked myself is this possible after all these years of low fat and starving diets I finally did it with a few exercises. I never looked so good in my life. I am 45 and I have a better figure than most 25 year olds out there. I worked hard for it but now I know the secret to keeping my 6 pack abs defined and tight.
