Start Off Slowly
The problem with being out of shape is that you are constantly tired. As a result, you find it hard to do the exercise that’s required to make a change. Even the thought of it exhausts you, let alone actually beginning. That’s why, for most people, it’s a good idea to start off slowly. Get a pull up bar and do a few repetitions a week, get a bike and ride to your mailbox once a day, or take a leisurely walk to the park with your children. Just get up and do something. You will find that it gets easier every day, and you are able to do just a little bit more.
