This is a great abs exercise. You’ll firm your, upper body, as you simultaneously strengthen your midsection. This is a challenging move. Do your best and you’ll be rewarded with a tight tummy and firm arms! Start on your tummy with your legs extended. Clasp your hands together in front of you inhale and then exhale as you lift your legs and torso into the hover, raising your entire torso a few inches off the floor while keeping your elbows in close to your torso.
