migraines as a result of nerve involvement
One of my friends is susceptible to migraine headaches, usually brought on by food sensitivities. She uses a natural migraine defense of avoiding anything (that she knows of) that contains MSG. However, she had one episode that lasted for over a week, so she was able to eliminate food as a culprit. Finally we convinced her to go to the doctor, and she discovered that her shoulder had a pinched nerve which was causing her migraine. I found out that stress and back.shoulder pain can be a major source of headache. My friend received instructions from a physical therapist to help release the nerve.
