Lose Weight and Get Fit at Indianapolis Downtown Boot Camp

If someone would have told me a year ago that I would be slim, trim, and fit, I would have laughed in their face.  I was very overweight and a real couch potato.  I didn’t like to exercise at all.  I’m not really sure how my best friend talked me into going with her to an exercise class, but that sessions changed my life.  I really enjoyed the Indianapolis Downtown Boot Camp even though it was hard for me.  I kept going and eventually the missions got easier and easier.  I have lost forty pounds and twenty two inches overall.
