Finding Antioxident Rich Foods

I have been feeling like I am getting old, which I am, and started looking for ways to prevent the onset of some of the common diseases that crop up in older age.  I want to prevent heart disease, high blood pressure and arthritis if at all possible so I am planning to incorporate antioxident rich foods into my diet.  I have discovered that blueberries and nuts are packed with antioxidants as are beans and oats.  I have been really interested in the latest super food that is available on the market.  The acai berry sounds like an amzing food and I would like to use it as well.
