eat stop eat

Does this sound like a typical first day of a diet for you?  Get up feeling full of willpower and you eat your grapefruit or banana and feel like you’ve started out your diet great.  Then by mid morning you’re feeling hungry but know you don’t get to eat until lunch and you spend all morning thinking about it instead of working.  So you get lunch and you feel like it wasn’t enough food and then spend all afternoon thinking about the very thing you’re not supposed to have.  It really kind of sucks.  That’s why I’d recommend you take a look at the Eat Stop Eat program to help you with your weight loss.
