Celebrity Water
An article in an Australian newspaper noted Fiji bottled water was the Australian celebrity water of choice. Supermodels were spotted with it, as were actresses and actors and sports heroes. But who’s to say it way their choice to be seen with it? A clever PR company is behind it all surely, product placement is not a new theme in the promotional mix, if they give celebrities a good reason to be seen with the water bottle surely the celebs will happily oblige to be snapped carrying Fiji water. Maybe the celebs are at home drinking from their home water coolers and simply filling up their Fiji water bottles with their own?
