Acai Helped Me To Get a Good Nights Sleep

Ever since I moved to the big city, I have had problems getting to sleep at night. I tried increasing my exercise during the day, and I started taking baths and listening to soft music right before bed, but nothing would help. One of my neighbors told me that the acai berry had worked well for her, so I gave it a try. When I woke up the next morning, I felt refreshed, and I realized that I had slept the entire night. Now I take it as part of my bedtime routine, and I am able to get a good sleep every single night. I feel much better now.
