A New Company
We need to get new health insurance, and one of our options is health insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield. Has anyone ever used this company? We never have, and we are wondering how it compares to our old company that we used to have. We didn’t really love the old insurance, so it is not a bad thing that we are changing, but I wanted to know how easy Blue Cross Blue Shield is to deal with if we have any problems. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with them that they would be willing to share?
