Weight reduction is difficult sometimes part 4

It is highly advised for every adult to aim a 30 minute moderate physical activity for at least five times a week. However if the person is overweight or an obese and he wants to have weight reduction maybe he could do a 60 to 90 minutes of physical activity every week. The physical activity that is considered to be moderate is the brisk walking, dancing, jogging and swimming among others. Avoid sitting for very long especially in front of a television or a computer and be sure to always take a short break while you are working. Make sure to build your level of exercise gradually.
