Squat Program

You want to make sue that you are doing squats no matter what.  These are a must have exercise in your program if you want to get a firm butt and thighs.  This is the king of all lower body exercises. You do not have to go overboard with the weight that you are using either.  You will see that when you start to do this exercise, your whole body will begin to respond.  It is an awesome thing that you can do to get a full body workout.  Make sure that you have it working for you.  You will love this exercise.  It works on everything.
