Rest Followed by Slow Mobilization
After taking a relaxing rest, you must also let your body take enough time to move into your usual pace. Take a few minutes to stretch and move your body slower than the movements you are used to.After your body is stationary when in a resting mode, your muscles and nerves are not ready for a sudden fast movement. It is always better to take about 5 to 10 minutes to stand up to your resting position and slowly walk and stretch your arms and legs.
Our Chicago Massage office helps many with low back and neck pain.
