We are not all built the same and our bodies do not react the same to diets. I was on a fantastic weight loss program and while my girlfriend was on it too but she did not lose one pound. She actually gained weight. I like that I can now go on line and get different diet plan reviews because I know not everything will work right every time. With the reviews I can at least get a diet that works closer to my body type and my eating habits. Maybe it won’t work exactly as I would like, but it is better than trying a diet that will not work at all.
