As previously noted at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs Barack Obama stated that he strongly supported expansion of ground forces by 65,000 soldiers (Army) and 27,000 (Marines).  This comes when obama military spending is considered a “hot potato” among blacks and others.

At that time Obama had competitors who also wanted to see increases in the military by putting “boots on the ground” around the world.

Coincidentally that is the same number that Defense Secretary Robert Gates (under President Bush’s regime) wanted to add to military numbers at the time.

Talk is cheap until you become the one who makes the tough decisions, then it becomes personal.  President Obama has some extremely important items on his platter, lets hope he makes the right decisions.

It is important to know vital information about locating Texas state death records. Plan to have up to a 90 day wait after a death to obtain a certified copy of a death certificate. Texas residents may order death records for immediate family. Non Texas residents seeking this information must be the surviving spouse, parent or funeral home director. Last week I noticed a surplus at the local funny t shirts shop her in town. I am hoping they are going to announce a big sale just before school and I am going to jump on it so fast so I can save a lot of money. Funny t shirts are what the kids would want for school starter clothes anyway so if I can get a good discount than that will make me happy and them happy too. Funny t shirts are good but we also need the normal stuff to buy like jeans, socks, and even backpacks but if each kid gets three or four or five funny t shirts than that is a darn good start. I am just anticipating this sale of course but the last time the funny t shirts shop had a huge delivery they offered a buy two get the third funny t shirt free sale the very next week, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that they are going to do the same thing again. I am thinking about asking my friend Bobby to ask his boy that works there at the funny t shirts shop if he has any insider information on the sale. I bet he would tell me if he knew anything, then I would know about the funny t shirts sale for sure.

Start from scratch. Home made macaroni and cheese beats the taste of a box and powdered cheese any time. Boil your macaroni shells until soft. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle enough flour to lightly cover your shells. Add grated cheeses over top. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Uncover for the last 5 minutes of baking. cheese types You can add cut up hot dogs for the kids. You can add shredded chicken, and of course you can add any veggies you like. To make it simple add the frozen vegetable mixture. There are carrots, peas and corn in the simple mixtures.

My mom tried to warn me about the crowd I was hanging out with in high school. Many times I wish I would have listened. I went from bad to worse, from drinking and smoking to hard drugs. Finally, I overdosed and if a friend had not knocked my door down and driven me to the hospital I would be dead. Jesus saved my life and changed my heart and I am so thankful. I have started studying at one of the local phlebotomy schools and am developing friendships with folks who encourage me. Soon I will begin working as a phlebotomist.

My sister’s little boy recently had his first birthday. I was trying to locate the ideal gift for him. His latest fascination is with Thomas products. He is fascinated by books because he gets to turn the pages and participate in the reading. I was able to find a book of opposites that was perfect for him.
