What is a Business IVA?
A Business Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) or Company Voluntary Arrangement is essentially a Financial Rescue Package for your business.
A business IVA doesn’t exactly exsist but there are programs available that can help you get your business on the right track. Some people also have questions regarding how an IVA will affect their role within a company. Most people will be reassured to know that an IVA should not affect your role. A bankruptcy, on the other hand may have different regulations that would mean you couldn’t be a director of company.
