The story of an overlooked treasure

For years and years I have tried to maintain my home to the standards that I thought were good. I taught my kids at an early age not to hoard and keep every little thing. Every week we would go through the house and de-clutter. However, in this attempt to keep things tidy I have inadvertently overlooked treasures in my own home as trash. This week I was introduced to a women who has taken what I would think of a “clutter” and turned them into beautiful things. She says it is altered art. I must tell you the things she created were beautiful and made me think of all the things I could have done, neatly of course, if I had just hung on to a bit of the “clutter”.
