Should We Start Using Pre-Employment Testing?
I guess the word has started to get out that we are a really good company to work for. We have received so many applications for the few openings we have that it is making our human resources people work over time to try to sort through them all. A lot of the applicants aren’t qualified, so we are wondering whether it might make sense for us to start using online pre-employment testing as a part of our applications process. Hopefully that will narrow down the number of applications that the human resources staff and managers need to go through to decided who to interview.
