Engaging Training
We all dread the normal training videos that we have to watch for work. We have all made the jokes about them after the training is over and rarely do we come away from the wasted day ever learning anything. It is usually a day full of workshops and training that the upper management have to check off their list of things to do and they really do not care about the quality. Luckily, I have recently come across some material in recruitment training videos that is totally engaging and worth every penny of the money. I have not only invested in the recruitment videos but I have invested quality time with my staff because I love to watch the videos with them.
