Do you still have to deal with creditors when involved with an IVA?
The good thing about working on your financial problems with a representative that helps you with an IVA or Individual Voluntary Agreement is the simple fact that you no longer have to deal with your creditors. You will no longer get any phone calls or get letters in the mail. Your representative will be the sole person to talk with your creditors and pay your creditors. Creditors are glad to see their customers trying to resolve the balances that they have due so they are very willing to work with representatives in helping them get their money while helping you get out of debt.
