age discrimination laws
Workers born in 1960 and before used their first computer as adults. Workers born in 1980 and forward have used this tool and other related technology throughout their entire lives. Workers and job candidates who are at least 40 years of age are protected under the state and federal laws. Unions and employment agencies (even if there is no fee for their services) are also covered by these same age discrimination laws. Any employer who ignores these laws will only end up hurting their business in the end.
