My washing machine died. The laundry around the house was piling up like a mountain of clothes in the laundry room. I could not wait until my next paycheck to get a new washer and I do not have great credit so what I needed was just enough money to get a washing machine. My brother said he used an online website to fill out an application for a Payday Advance when he needed to fix his car last month. I decided to try that and it was great! I got a new washing machine and now I can see the floor again, no more laundry mountain!

My wife wanted to buy me a new wedding ring, since my old ring was damaged and falling apart. I wasn’t sure what had changed about men’s rings over the years so we went to a store and took a look at the gold jewellery they had on display. I tried on quite a few different styles with all kinds of different settings, and when I tried on a gold one, I could tell that it was the ring she wanted me to wear.  It looked great! After a brief discussion we agreed that it was the perfect ring for me, and we bought it.

I was born with polio and I am wheelchair bound.  I have never owned a car as it is not convenient for using with my wheelchair.  Wheelchair Lift Vans are the only way to go for me.  I can get in and out of the van easily and my husband does not have to worry about lugging me around so much.  He is such a great man and takes very good care of me.  The way we met is very romantic and he really changed my life for the better.  Now when I go with him to shop I can get out of the van without his help.  Now that we are getting older it is harder for him to have to carry me so anything we can do to allow me to do things for myself helps both of us.

I have played football for the Texas Cardinals for three years and enjoy what I do.  My teammates are a great encouragement and they are extremely talented.  Our coaching staff is one of the best in the business.  I remember one night sitting on a locker room bench hearing our coach talk to us about how we were one of the greatest teams he had ever coached.  It was a humbling experience I will never forget.  As I look back on my career as a professional football player, that is one memory that I will carry with me forever and will share with my children when they are older.

It took me a while to convince my husband to try it, but once I did, he was so thankful. I was surfing the Internet one day, and I ran across a site for Instant Non Smoker. He is almost 90 years old, do not understand much English and does not see very well, but he is the one that brews us our great tasting coffee. This is my friend grandfather and he is usually the one in charge of making coffee. It was said that he is able to brew very good espresso, using those traditional level types, but he has since grown too old for that, and is now using the keurig coffee maker. The thing is, he is still giving us great coffee, of course the technology helps a great deal, don’t you just love technology?

My fiancee and I have been wanting to go to Las Vegas to check out the hotels  for our honeymoon.  We decided that we might be able to look online using stubhub coupons as a search for some discounted flights and hotel reservations.  We looked up discount coupons for Vegas and were amazed at the great deal we found.  They offered a discounted airfare, hotel reservations, transportation and two Las Vegas Shows.  We could not believe the price for this and decided we would make the trip just to be sure that is where we wanted to spend our honeymoon.  We enjoyed it so much and the price was right; we will be going back.

When you are going to go on a long bike ride or even a short one, you need to check your bicycle handlebar to make sure that it is in the correct position and that the bolt holding it onto the bike is tight. If it isn’t, you may have a very unpleasant ride.

Most bikes need a special wrench to loosen and tighten the handlebar bolt. One time my sister and I were riding, and her handlebar became extremely loose to the point where it was unsafe for her to ride. Fortunately, someone else along the trail had a tool that worked to tighten the bolt. Good thing, too; because she would have had quite a long walk back!

Here in New England, one of the chowders we are famous for is the milk or cream based clam chowder. There is also a version called Manhattan chowder that is tomato based. Now, I went into a restaurant last week and listed under soups was an item called Boston Chowder. I had to ask what the difference was. I assumed it was a clam chowder. Yes, there were clams in it, but it also had fish and a little bacon added to it. I tried this chowder and I liked it! Adding fish to it made it even more appealing. I’m going to see if I can duplicate the recipe. Sounds good to me on a cold winter night. Pass the oyster crackers, please.

I have a large two-story house and I would like to have it professionally cleaned. The front part of my house is stone and the other three sides are vinyl siding. I also want to have the roof and the gutters and downspouts cleaned. I also have a deck that could be cleaned. Doing it myself is not an option. My mother lives across the country. She usually makes sure to visit every three months to visit the kids. She said she is not going to let 3000 miles keep her from watching her grandchildren grow up. Recently with the economic downturn and the astronomical fees and airline ticket price increases, she has had to cut back on the visits.
