I have been thinking a lot about different kind of gift ideas. These days everyone get’s the same same thing for each other. One of the most common gifts is a gift card. But I think that is one of the worst gifts you could give someone. It doesn’t have any personal touch what so ever. I thought of a new great gift idea that has plenty of personality and costs very little. Number plates can be made to order, or you can choose from hundreds of already made plates. I am thinking of doing it for all my best friends this coming holiday.

I have one of those john deere motor grader machines and I loved the way that it handled. unfortunately it was stolen last month. You might say how can someone steal a machine that big? Well I do not know or understand it myself either. If it was not someone it could or must have been aliens. They are trying to learn farming in space and construction. Not because they need it now but they are trying to understand humans.

I took my daughter shopping for school cloths this past weekend. She is a growing girl and at eleven she already wears a size nine shoe. The tennis shoes are the toughest though, because I would generally buy her a decent child’s shoe and now we are looking at high dollar MBT shoes. I know that I do not have to spend $100 on shoes for her, but it’s all worth it in the end because she will be on her feet a lot.  This will ensure that she has the proper foot support for whatever she decides to do, and I no longer have to worry about her developing a foot problem

My friend’s son has primary brain cancer, meaning that the cancer originated in his brain. It did not spread to his brain after originating in another part of his body. He was diagnosed as having a brain tumor. They are waiting to find out the results of some recent tests, which will determine whether the tumor is operable or inoperable. I feel so badly for both of them. He is so young, and she is so worried. There is a chance that he could have surgery and be fine, but there is also the chance that he will never recover from the disease. She says that the waiting is the hardest part. Not knowing what to expect has been very trying for her. I just cannot imagine how she feels right now. They both must be so scared.

After years of debating & deliberating we decided to put in a deck off the back porch. We needed to find some Low Voltage Outdoor Lighting to go around the new deck and surrounding landscaping. The deck was going to be made from that new planking that never rots of dries out. I want it to be big enough to hold both of my gas grills as well as some patio furniture and an umbrella. since the deck will be almost 5 feet off the ground, it will have a railing all around it. We will put some lighting on the railing as well.

My mom has a new car insurance plan that she just loves. She searched all over the place for a good plan, but couldn’t find anything for a while. My summer vacation is coming up soon, and I’m planning a trip out of state to visit the Great Smokey Mountains. I don’t want to take my truck though, because it’s a v-8 engine and with the gas prices so high right now, I wouldn’t be able to afford the gas to fill it up. Instead I think I’m going to get an economical car rental. It will keep me from putting unnecessary miles on my car as well. Any money I save on gas just means I get to have more to spend for my vacation, so I’m all for that.

I decided to buy a pellet stove. I had heard good things about Enviro pellet stoves, so I immediately began shopping for that brand. When I visited a local dealer, I found that they also carried a multi-fuel stove. That is the one I decided to purchase. I just love my Enviro multi-fuel stove. I can burn wood pellets, corn pellets, wheat pellets, rye pellets, high bark pellets, and grass pellets. Most pellet stoves burn only wood pellets. I have the choice of which pellets I would like to burn, which makes it nice when I find that the wood pellets are not on sale, but one of the others are. Pellet stoves heat your home more affordably than other methods, and multi-fuel stoves are at times, even more efficient than the ordinary pellet stoves, depending upon when and where you buy your pellets.

This is entitled who is the top dog for two reasons, and the first is that banks are really in a predicament of holding on to what they are making because of the economy. A few banks have already gone under and just couldn’t function because of a lack of funds. I am sure the government bailed them out, but it makes you wonder where is your investment safe?
